1. Vacuum Steam Pressing & Ironing

Garments receive their final retail shape under strict temperature controls:

• Industrial Pressing Tables: Vacuum beds suck moisture instantly out of the fabric after steam injection, preventing garment dampness, collar deformation, or seam puckering.
• Delicate Fabric Handling: Silk, rayon, and lightweight knits are finished using vertical steam hangers to maintain natural fabric drape without iron marks.

2. Barcode Tagging & Hangtag Attachment

We print and attach retail accessories according to client-specific guidelines:

• Barcode Labeling Compliance: We configure and print exact retail barcodes, price stickers, and hangtags matching Amazon FBA, target retailers, or warehouse configurations.
• Kimble Gun Attachment: Hangtags and size markers are attached cleanly to inner seams or underarm joins to prevent fabric damage or pinhole runs in fine knits.

3. Individual Poly-Bagging & Carton Packing

Export cartons are structured to survive long-distance ocean transit:

• Individual Poly-Bags: Garments are folded precisely and placed in protective recycled poly-bags (with air vents and suffocation warnings printed in compliance with global laws).
• Double-Wall Export Cartons: Sealed using heavy-duty double-wall corrugated cartons, banded with polypropylene straps to avoid shipping damage, moisture ingress, or box collapse during transit.

4. Oshima Needle Detection Tunnel Scanning

Safety is paramount for global export compliance:

• 100% Metal Detection Check: Every single garment must pass through our high-sensitivity **Oshima Needle Detector** tunnel prior to final box sealing.
• Zero Tolerance for Metal: Any garment triggering the scanner is isolated immediately, ensuring absolute safety for end consumers, especially for our baby and kid collections.
